Synchro ("we", "our", "the app") is a sports facility booking and membership app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account details — name, email, and (optionally) phone number you provide when you or your gym create your account.
• Booking activity — the classes you reserve, attend, and cancel.
• Personal fitness records — any notes or personal records you choose to enter.

How we use it

• To let you browse schedules, reserve spots, and manage bookings.
• To let your gym manage its members, classes, and staff.
• To send booking-related notifications (e.g. class cancellations).

Sharing

Your data is visible to the gym(s) you belong to and their authorized staff. We do not sell your personal data. We use Supabase for secure data hosting.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, email aozyilmaz35@gmail.com and we will remove it within 30 days.

Security

Data is stored on managed, access-controlled infrastructure with encryption in transit. Access is restricted by role and gym.

Children

Synchro is not directed at children under 13.
